Bill of Rights Essay Contest
On December 15, 1791, the United States of America ratified the Bill of Rights, the first ten amendments to the U.S. Constitution. Today, the Bill of Rights still stands as both a symbol and foundation of our most fundamental rights as Americans.
Join the Herzog Foundation in celebrating over 230 years of the Bill of Rights by answering the essay prompt below.
A winner will be selected from a middle school category (6th-8th grade) and a high school category and will receive a $250 award from the Herzog Foundation. A select number of runners-up will also be recognized and receive an award of $100.
Only essays from full-time students in Christian schools or homeschools will be considered.
